International World-Elite students from medical industry, high-level Martial Arts community, Hollywood actors, and global business leaders from the United States and Europe visited Manasikarn Hall.
After finishing an intensive 8-day, 7-night Vipassana meditation course, the international students visited the Manasikarn Hall in the early morning. They were warmly welcomed by the director, Colonel Phitak Teeranukul, and staff. They toured the surroundings and took photos together as souvenirs.
Following this, they listened to an introduction about the history of the Manasikarn Hall at the reception building and were guided to explore inside the hall. The students were all interested in and absorbed into the Buddha's journey in the exhibition. Upon reaching the Stupa Hall, they took a close look at the sacred Buddha’s relics, the golden Buddha statue “Phra Borommalokkanat” and the embroidered Buddha image. They all paid homage with deep respect and humility and took photos to keep as memories.
Afterward, the staff led them to explore the Spiritual Life exhibition. Everyone showed great interest in the boards displaying the Buddha's biography and teachings. Before leaving, the manager presented souvenirs to all the international students. We are glad that this visit to Manasikarn Hall provided knowledge, understanding, and lasting impressions to them.
Some of the students are Dr. Robert Goldman, the President of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), owner of multiple Guinness World Records, and Chairman of the Board of the International Sports Hall of Fame; ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????, an actor and former World Karate Champion, a former South African intelligence operator, CEO of MOSAIC (Multi Operational Security Agency Intelligence Company), a company providing private security, counter terrorism training, and other similar services, who also collaborates with the UN CNN International; Ciro Orsini, known as Mr. Hollywood, restaurateur, founder of Ciro's Pizza Pomodoro, and philanthropist; Abutbul Meir, a highly successful entrepreneur and owner of multiple hotels in both the UK and Spain; Cynthia Rothrock, a martial arts master who has appeared in over 60 films, renowned in Hollywood and Hong Kong. Sylvio Simac, a prolific Hollywood actor, performed in Transporter 3, Man of Tai Chi, Unleashed, etc.; and Simon Kook, a former stuntman for Tony Ja and now turned actor which his latest work is Ip Man 3."
